We spent 6 nights here and really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, the service was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and our kids loved the pool. The gym is new, clean, and well-equipped. You can tell the team here really cares about their guests. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Edmonton!
Solid rooms, upgraded to a king suite for $9 (because why not). Was like a small condo. Went for a hot tub at 10pm(open till midnight). Woke up went for a free breakfast.
The king studio was pretty good overall, hotel is close to everything. Hotel could use more detailed cleaning of the rooms but not anything terrible. Other guests could be more considerate of not yelling throughout the night, but also that's not on the hotel because they cannot enforce all rules every minute of the day.
My family and I booked 2 rooms beside each other. 215 and 217 on the second floor, comfortable beds and nice shower. The staff were quick to come fix the shower drain, when we called the front desk. We used the pool and hot tub one of the nights and the kids loved the water feature in the pool. I loved the hot tub. Definitely going to stay here again when traveling.
Booked here at 3am after my previous hotel was evacuated. Staff was absolutely amazing super friendly and happy to help on new years even. Let us in once we got here and made the booking as fast as possible to let us get to bed. We booked another night this morning as we were too tired to do it thé night we came. Staff was still just as kind and quick as they were before room is clean and comfy beautiful bathroom pool area is great. HUGE shout out to the older woman who was working new years night at 3am that got us through. We will forever be greatful for her. Overall we will be booking here for our next stay in Edmonton
I love this hotel!!! Amazing, accommodating, extremely kind and helpful staff throughout the entire hotel. My home away from home!! Everytime I stay here is a mini vacation and treat for me i love this hotel I can't say enough about the staff . Awesome people
Everything with the hotel was lovely, Lily was able to adjust our booking to an accessible room to accommodate my disabled sister. The breakfast was great & the staff member working was super helpful. Sadly the pool was down for maintenance which is fine, we totally understand it was just the timing. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that I forgot items in the fridge & they were apparently tossed out within a few hours of our checkout. It shocked me that was the common practice of the hotel, especially with the cost of things these days, I would wish they had at least a 24 hour time on unopened items. Leftover food i understand, but this seems incredibly wasteful.
Very good hotel. Had a great continental breakfast. Only issue we had was a couple stains on our bedding but was not a huge deal.
